How do I make a booking?
You can book directly through our website by choosing your preferred dates and completing the secure checkout. If you need help, you can also contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details and next steps.
Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum stays can vary by season. When you select your dates on the booking page, any minimum stay requirements will be shown.

What is included in the cottages?
All cottages come with bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, heating, and basic toiletries to get you started.
How many guests can stay?
Each cottage has a recommended maximum occupancy. You’ll see this clearly listed on the cottage details when you book.
Do you allow pets?
Pet policies vary by cottage. Please check the individual listing or contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.
During Your Stay
What time is check-in and check-out?
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is usually from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Full details are provided in your confirmation email.
How do I access the property?
You’ll receive arrival instructions with directions and key or lockbox details a few days before your stay.
What are the house rules?
We ask guests to respect the property, keep noise to a reasonable level and follow any guidelines provided in the cottage welcome information.
